Galgael run a 6 week programme where people can learn Joinery skills for free. It is a rolling programme and the next start date is the 24th of January.
Govan H.E.L.P. in partnership with your child’s school is setting up a Walking Bus as part of the Healthy Morning Project. This will allow your child to walk safely to school with adult supervision.
ASH Scotland have launched a new campaign, #NotAFavour. The #notafavour campaign is a new initiative to challenge the minority of adults who give tobacco to young people – the most common means by which children are able to access cigarettes.
On Thursday 26th October Govan HELP held its Annual General Meeting. The event was held in Riverside Hall and our members, service user parents, volunteers, staff, trustees and partner organisations came together to hear about our work during 16 - 17 and our future plans.
