Since joining the charity in 2019, Viv has worked to develop Govan HELP into a more joined-up and sustainable organisation, and one that faithfully serves the large and diverse community of Govan.
Viv is responsible for all aspects of Govan HELP’s operations and development. In this varied role, she oversees procurement of funds, creation of new services, management of staff as well as general quality control and problem solving.
Viv graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a BA Hons. in Sociology and went on to gain a Post-Graduate Diploma in Local Economic Development from the University of Glasgow. She has worked across the public and third sectors in a range of senior management roles before joining Govan HELP.
