About Us

Govan HELP supports children and families in the Govan area of Glasgow.

We are a charity which exists to build the resilience, confidence and self-worth of children and their families through provision of a range of early intervention services. These equip families with the skills and resources needed to make positive changes to their lives, and resolve issues in the home before they reach crisis-point. Moreover, we work closely with local schools to help children excel in work and play. Our services consist of:

• The Govan Pantry

Each year, we support hundreds of children and families from the Govan area of Glasgow, assisting service users with a wide range of needs. Our network of schools, nurseries and other local partners allow us to create the best package of support for individual families.
