Our Strategic Plan

We are very excited to share our new Strategic Plan for Govan HELP, which sets out our plans to grow and develop our services from April 2023 to March 2024.

This strategy aims to double our capacity to provide services over the next two years.

In recent months, we’ve seen an unprecedented increase in the need for our services, as well as in the complexity of the issues that we are helping families to resolve. The embedded poverty in Govan, cost-of-living crisis and cuts in government budgets are the main drivers for this trend.

We are delighted to have worked with Marcus Coetzee from effectiveness consultancy Community Enterprise to produce this plan. This, in turn, was facilitated by funding from The Robertson Trust. We are deeply grateful to both organisations for supporting Govan HELP to continue to deliver for our community.
